Amore Tea 104 is a premium limited edition Darjeeling First Flush (FTPFOG1) Single Estate tea from one of the highest elevated tea gardens in Darjeeling, India, which stretches up to 7,000 feet above sea level. It is a very tippy tea made from AV2 bushes, the most preferred clones of Darjeeling that exhibit a beautiful array of colours and a bright clear liquor.
Our Darjeeling Classic brews into a sweet flowery mellow cup with complex rich overtones of orange and honey, with no astringency and a sustained finish. It is light on the palate, and has an appealing spring freshness to it. The flavour will remain for multiple infusions.
It truly is the “the champagne of all teas”.

Brew Guide
EASTERN BREWING (GAIWAN)
1. Place 1g tea per 30ml water
2. Rinse before starting the infusion, rinse the leaves with a very fast washing in order to let them rehydrate and release a more intense brew.
3. Boil Water to 95-100℃ (Pref Filtered Water).
4. Brew tea for 10-15 seconds. Remove tea. Increase with each successive brew as needed.
5. Tea can be brewed up to 3-4 times
WESTERN BREWING
1. Place 1 tsp (2.5g) per 250ml cup
2. Boil Water to 95-100℃ (Pref Filtered Water).
3. Brew for 1-2 mins. Remove tea. Increase with each successive brew as needed.
