When we dim our light within, we walk another path. Red Grevillea allows you to believe you are worth every part of your journey, and helps you step forward and turn your key. – Teresa

Flower Essence: This combination flower essence helps you design a life that it is in harmony with who you are, what makes you happy and the values you have. It utilises your own potential completely and effectively to create an authentic and powerful personal journey. It is not easy for all people to acknowledge their strengths and listen to their inner teacher from within.

The Journey: You might not hit the bullseye every time… even the most skilled person can’t expect to hit the target with 100 per cent accuracy. But the ability to move forward, even slightly more often than you do, is an enviable talent. Empower brings a spark of enthusiasm and confidence through your solar plexus, the third chakra, that enables you to reignite your mojo and focus on your talents. A distant goal is coming into reach, and as long as you take your time, and focus, you can fire an arrow and set a clear intention today. Empower will give support when confidence is lacking and boosts qualities such as courage, determination and self-esteem.

Create a Ritual:  Drink 1-2 cups daily for 21 days or more. At the end of the cycle, you can assess how deeply the healing has gone within, and whether it will be continued for a longer period. This is a typical cycle for emotional change, and it is recommended that you take the tea for at least this period of time to fully experience its impact. The flower essence often has a subtle beginning, which gradually becomes more obvious. The tea can be discontinued when you feel you have completely absorbed or consciously recognised the benefits which were intended from it or it can be enjoyed as a beverage.

Rougui Oolong loose leaf tea, Yanzike Rougui loose leaf tea

Tea

Rou Gui is a highly prized Oolong rock (yancha) tea from Wuyishan, Fujian province, China. It's named after its spicy cinnamon notes, enriched with beautiful mesmerising floral notes, and a sweet long lasting finish. It is enriched by an intense roasted aroma that fills the palate at each sip. These Zhèngyán versions are grown at the very heart of Wuyishan park. No other rock tea can match the warm complexity of Rou Gui. It is typical of its terroir, enriched with a landscape consisting of steep mineral rich rock cliffs, surprising peaks, twisting streams and rivers, deep valleys, and odd caves. The natural erosion of this terroir allows the minerals to be absorbed by the red soil from the wind and rain, resulting in a beautiful mineral rich tea, full of complexity at each infusion.
Please note: Rou Gui – 2016 and Yanzike Rou Gui – 2021. Both are made from the same tea master.
