SINGLE ESTATE TEA

Amore Tea 502 is a unique, hand-rolled white tea from Satemwa Estate, Malawi, South Africa . Each pearl is created by first harvesting a whole, full leaf set, then painstakingly rolling the leaves into a tightly-wrapped pearl. After hand-rolling, the pearls are carefully dried in the sun. This tea is sun-dried and can only be crafted in a limited span of time, on clear and sunny days. The pearls unfurl beautifully in hot water. The leaves yield countless infusions, with flavours unfolding and developing with each brew. This flavour profile is quite complex and fascinating to explore; the tea also matures well over time, and is well-suited to ageing.
