Amore Tea 107 is a finest grade, certified organic, Single Estate Ceylon Black OP1 tea from the high country of Sri Lanka. The cool, slow ripening conditions create the renowned refined quality of this region. It will stimulate your taste buds with a bright coppery liquor and a dominant aroma. The full-bodied and brisk flavours are rich and smooth, with melting chocolate, woody and malt notes that leave a creamy finish.

The Harrington Tea Estate is perched on a mountain range in the central Sri Lankan region of Dimbula, famous for the smooth mellow character of its tea considered by connoisseurs as the “Bordeaux” of fine Ceylon teas. The Tea Estate began in the 19th century with Scottish and English tea planters, with  more than 130 years of tea production, has undergone several owners and a variety of tea growing protocols. Today Harrington Estate is the vision of a sustainable, organic plantation, that provides the finest organic Ceylon green and black tea. Focusing exclusively on organic practices, traditional harvesting and processing.  The company strives to elevate working and living conditions for labourers, and meet their needs for health, education, shelter and fair wages.

Brewing Guide

EASTERN BREWING
1. Place 1g tea per 30ml water.
2. Boil Water to 90-95℃ (Pref Filtered Water).
3. Brew tea for 30-60 seconds. Remove tea. Increase with each successive brew as needed.
5. Tea can be brewed up to 3-4 times.

WESTERN BREWING
1. Place 1.5 tsp (3g) per 250ml cup
2. Boil Water to 90-95℃ (Pref Filtered Water).
3. Brew for 1-2 mins (light) or 2-4 mins (robust). Remove tea. Increase with each successive brew as needed.
