New Students

NEW STUDENTS

I am so glad that you’re here and interested in being part of the Wildflower Healing, T-Yoga and Amore Tea Community.

Whether or not you’re new to yoga, your first class with a new teacher might make you a little nervous, but I promise if you can overcome those first day jitters, then it will get easier and with each class you’ll begin to feel more confident and more at ease.

Beginners might be interested in the Mindful Chair Yoga classes offered. These are accessible classes for everyone. If you have any concerns starting a class, please make an appointment through my schedule.

Children over the age of 10 are allowed to attend any class with their carers as long as they participate fully and behave in a mindful and mature manner, bearing in mind that classes are designed for adults, not children.
